There will be plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Antwerp, where everything happens between the train station and the river. Exploring the city from the Keyserlei street direction along the river, making use of the ‘this is Antwerp’ app available for Android or iPhone and I will have a Antwerp City Card to explore the city’s museums.
Evening – the ‘Zomerbar’ has been recommended for my evening meal, it is a temporary bar area which serves world cuisine food stalls.
Although the Taste of Antwerp festival sounds equally temepting. The country’s largest and leading food festival welcomes you for its 6th edition from Thursday 16th, Friday to Sunday 19th of August, 2012. Magic happens at the vast square Vlaamse Kaai, in the city’s stylish Zuid neighbourhood.
