2011 A Year of Adventure & 2012 the year of Promise

Looking back is simply not my style, preferring to look ahead at potential adventure; the challenges and opportunities to come. This past year however has been phenomenal for me with some amazing successes that it would have been hard to imagine just twelve months ago.

This site and my presence on social media have far exceeded my expectations and that is really due to the people who read and support me. I thank you all for that and will let the images of a year of memories do most of the talking.

Last but not least Cologne and the Hohenzollernbrücke ensured my year finished on a high!

I realise many of you will already be familiar with these images, but hope seeing them all in one place was quite pleasing. The year involved revisiting much of Europe, but almost all were totally new destinations to me. Next year will hopefully take me a little further afield and offer some adventures in some distant lands.

Either way I am extremely excited about 2012 and beyond not just for myself but for new media in general, there are exciting times ahead for all involved in personal travel website publishing and social media. I hope you continue to follow and enjoy my adventures in the months ahead.

With all of the adventures you’ve had this year, it might be hard to pick just one, but I encourage you to enter Amble Resort’s life-changing travel moments contest, the winner will win a free trip to anywhere in the world!

You’re seriously talented as hell. From everything Cloud City left me with jaw on the floor for the longest period of time. Just thinking of how they managed to build it bring back memories of me falling in my young dreams.
